From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@wizard.com> Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 10:47:15 -0700 Here are some stuffed date recipes I found in teh Cookbook USA cd-rom. Soak dates in hot water to cover (30 minutes). Drain and pat dry. Soak dates in Grand Marnier (1 hour). Drain if necessary. Stuff each date with an almond; melt chocolate as below. Dip date in chocolate to coat completely.
