Cooking Ingredients for Chocolate Easter Nests Recipe

115 g Plain or milk chocolate
-broken in pieces; (4oz)
50 g Butter or block margarine
-cut small; (2oz)
3 Shredded wheat; crushed
Jelly beans or mini
-chocolate eggs

Chocolate Easter Nests Preparation

First fasten a sheet of non–stick baking paper (with butter at each corner) to a flat tray or baking sheet. Put the chocolate and butter (or marg) into a roomy bowl. Melt in a microwave or over a pan of simmering water. Do not get the mixture too hot. Stir in the crushed shreeded wheat. When all the shreds are covered in chocolate, take a teaspoon and spoon out little mounds straight on to the non-stick paper. Shape each mound rougly into a nest.
