5 lg Eggs whites and yolks

2 tb Roasted hazelnuts or pecan

Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse 2 Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Once melted, remove and allow to cool a little. Add egg yolks, one at a time, and mix in. Add in orange rind. Beat egg whites, caster sugar and cream of tartar until it forms soft peaks and fold into the chocolate mixture. Add roasted pecan or hazelnuts. Pour the mixture into individual bowls and refrigerate. Serve with sour cream, mint and grated orange rind. Converted by MC_Buster.
