1-1/2 c Milk; divided
2/3 pk (10-oz) Nestle Toll House
-mint-chocolate morsels
1 c Sweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
Chocolate Mint Baked Custard 2 Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup milk and Nestle Toll House mint-chocolate morsels. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining 1 cup milk, sweetened condensed milk and eggs; beat until well blended. Add chocolate mixture; beat well. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Fill 13×9-inch baking pan with 4 cups water. Place casserole in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Serve warm or cool completely. Makes 1 quart.
