1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
4 Egg
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 cn Hershey s chocolate syrup;
-(16 ounce)
1-1/2 c Confectioner s sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
2 tb Creme de menthe
6 oz Chocolate chips
6 tb Butter or margarine
Chocolate Mint Brownies 2 Preparation
Recipe By : TANTE ERNA”S 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Grease 9 X 13 inch pan 3. Mix first 7 ingredients together 4. Pour into pan, bake for 30 minutes & cool completely 5. Mix next 3 ingredients & spread over cold cake 6. Let harden completely 7. Melt the next 2 items in the top of a double boiler & spread over the creme de menthe layer 8.
