Cooking Ingredients for Chocolate Pot Recipe

1 tb Water
110 g Caster sugar; (4oz)
150 ml Whipping cream; (1/4pt)
375 ml Milk; (13fl oz)
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Coffee granules
110 g Plain chocolate – broken
-into squares; (4oz)
1 Egg and 3 yolks

Chocolate Pot Preparation

In a saucepan boil the water and sugar until a golden colour is reached. Add the milk, cream, vanilla, coffee and chocolate and bring to a simmer. Place the egg and yolk in a bowl and whisk lightly. Pour over the chocolate mixture and whisk. Pour the mixture into ramekins and place in a bain maire and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes at 180oC/350oF/gas mark 4 until set and slightly puffed up when ready. Remove from the tin and chill in the fridge. Converted by MC_Buster.
