1 pk Reduced-calorie chocolate
-pudding mix
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
3 tb Water
1/2 c Flour
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/3 c Walnuts
Chocolate Pudding Brownies 2 Preparation
In medium-size bowl, combine margarine, pudding mix, eggs, vanilla and water. Beat to thoroughly mix. Add sifted flour and baking powder; stir until well blended. Fold in walnuts. Spread evenly into a greased 8 square pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until done. Cut into 2 squares. Yield: 16 brownies, 78 calories each.
