Cooking Ingredients for Chocolate Raspberry Bon Bons Recipe
1 pk (9 oz) chocolate wafer
-cookies
1/2 c Sweet ground chocolate cocoa
-mix; (such as Ghirardelli)
-or sweetened cocoa mix
1/3 c Chambord or other
-Raspberry-flavored liqueur
2 tb Light corn syrup
1-1/2 c Finely chopped pecans or
-walnuts
Chocolate Raspberry Bon Bons Preparation
In a food processor, grind the cookies to fine crumbs. Add the chocolate, Chambord and corn syrup and process until the mixture sticks togeter. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add 1 cup of the nuts and stir until well mixed. Roll into 1 1/4 balls. Roll the balls in the remaining chopped nuts. Place on wax paper or paper lined jelly roll pan.
