1 tb Cornstarch
3/4 c Evaporated milk
3 Hershey s Milk Chocolate
-Bars; 1.55 oz. broken
Into pieces
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Mounds Sweetened Coconut
-Flakes
1/2 c Chopped nuts

Chocolate-Coconut Frosting Preparation

In 1 small saucepan and cornstarch; stir in evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; remove from heat. Add chocolate bar pieces and butter; stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in coconut and nuts.Immediately spread on cake. About 2 cups frosting.
