Cooking Ingredients for Christmas Fruit Squares Recipe

2 c Chopped pecans
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1-1/2 c Brown sugar
2 Unbeaten eggs
1 c Flour
1 c Chopped candied cherries;
-1/2 red; 1/2 green
1 c Chopped candied pineapple; 1
-slice red; 1 slice green, 1
-slice white

Christmas Fruit Squares Preparation

Spread nuts on greased cookie sheet. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs & flour. Spread batter over nuts. (You will have to use a knife to spread batter.) Sprinkle candied fruits over batter.
