2 oz Brandy
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Cornstarch
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
2 c Apple cider (not juice)
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Margarine

Cider Syrup 2 Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan. Stir in apple cider and lemon juice. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Blend in margarine. Serve warm.
