Cooking Ingredients for Cinnamon Cake Recipe

1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Egg, separated
1/2 c Milk
1-1/2 c Flour, cake
1-1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon

Cinnamon Cake Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well, then add the beaten egg yolks and beat well. Add the milk. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to mixture. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
