2 c Cattleman s Smokey BBQ Sauce
1/2 c Coffee; strong
2 ts Butter
2 ts Chili powder
2 ts Chipotle sauce; Buffalo
-brand
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Onion powder
1 ts Season salt
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Circle F Bbq s Regular Bbq Sauce Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat. Reduce mixture by 10% stirring occasionally. Makes the perfect amount to fill a 2 cup squirt bottle if reduced properly. For more heat, add hot sauce and more Chipotle sauce. NOTE: Might want to try adding chili powder to basic recipe also!
