Cooking Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Couscous Recipe

1 c Apple juice
2 tb Dried apples; diced
2 tb Raisins
1 ts Cinnamon; or to taste
1/2 c Couscous

Apple Cinnamon Couscous Preparation

Put apple juice, dried apple, raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork and serve. NOTES : Other juices and/or dried fruit could be used instead of apples and raisins.
