Cooking Ingredients for Cocoa Nut Winners Recipe

1 c Butter
2 c Packed brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Unsweetened cocoa
1 c Chopped nuts

Cocoa Nut Winners Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except nuts; mix until well blended. (dough will be very stiff) Stir in nuts. Using lightly floured waxed paper, shape into six 8 X 1 rolls. Chill overnight. Cut into 1/4 slices. Place 2 apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
