Cooking Ingredients for Cocoa Pasta Recipe

2 c Semolina flour
2 tb Powdered cocoa
1/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla
3 Beaten eggs

Cocoa Pasta Preparation

Sift flour, cocoa, and sugar. Mix the vanilla and eggs together. Add flour mixture slowly to the eggs. Knead into a smooth ball (add small amts of ice water if needed). Use machine, or hand roll. Recipe By : DReamer701
