1 c White bread flour
1/4 c Water
1 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Cocoa
1 tb Caraway seed
2 ts Vital gluten
1-1/2 c Rye flour
1-1/2 c White bread flour
2/3 c Water; as needed
Cocoa Rye Bread 2 Preparation
