1 md Potato; cooked and mashed
1 Bag coconut; (16oz.)
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3 lb Confectioners sugar
1 lb Melted chocolate

Coconut Cream Easter Eggs Preparation

Preparation : Thoroughly mix potato, coconut, salt and vanilla. Gradually add sugar and mix until thoroughly blended. Shape into eggs on cookie sheet and let ripen overnight.
