1 pt Sour cream
8-1/4 oz Crushed pineapple, canned,
-undrained
1-1/3 c Coconut
Coconut Pistachio Pudding Preparation
Mix first two ingredients. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Serve immediately or chill. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9×13 PAN. Typed by Lynn Thomas.
