Cooking Ingredients for Apple Crisp #2 Recipe

4 c Apples, peeled, cored,sliced
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Chopped nuts
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 ts Cinnamon
3/4 c Rolled oats

Apple Crisp #2 Preparation

Substitute peaches or pears when they are in season. Place apples in a microwave baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small bowl, melt butter at High for 30 to 45 sec. Stir in rolled oats, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Combine well. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Microwave at High for 8-10 min.
