1/4 ts Ground ginger

Coffee Granita Preparation
In a medium bowl, mix together the coffee, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and cloves and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture about every half hour until frozen, about 6 hours in all, depending on your freezer.
