Cooking Ingredients for Coke Cake 2 Recipe

1 Box butter yellow or golden
-cake mix
1 Box instant vanilla pudding
-mix; 4 serving size
1 c Coconut flakes
1 c Chopped nuts
1 c Vegetable oil
10 oz Cola
4 Eggs
Cream cheese frosting

Coke Cake 2 Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, coconut, nuts, oil, cola, and eggs and mix well. Pour batter into a well-greased, 10 bundt pan and bake 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake from pan and let cool completely on rack. When cool, frost cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Cream Cheese Icing 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (can use light) 1 16 oz carton powdered sugar In small bowl of electric mixer, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Use as directed.
