Cooking Ingredients for Cold Melon Soup 2 Recipe
1 c Orange juice
3 tb Lime juice
1-1/2 tb Honey
1-1/2 c Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded,
-and chopped
1-1/2 c Honeydew melon, peeled,
-seeded and chopped
1 c Champagne or apple cider
Cold Melon Soup 2 Preparation
Puree orange juice, lime juice, honey, half the cantaloupe and half the honeydew in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a large bowl. Finely chop remaining melon. Stir into puree.
