Cooking Ingredients for Company Mashed Potatoes Recipe

6 md Potatoes; cooked, mashed
1 c Sour cream
3 oz Cream cheese, softened
1/4 c Butter
Paprika

Company Mashed Potatoes Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in salted water then mash. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and add to mashed potatoes. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinle with paprika.
