6 Russet potatoes; cut into

3 tb Olive oil
2-1/4 ts Ground coriander
Chopped fresh cilantro
Coriander Potatoes Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix potatoes and oil in large bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Transfer to large baking sheet.
