Cooking Ingredients for Corn and Oysters Recipe

1 cn (16-oz) cream style corn
1 cn Frozen oyster stew
1 c Oysters
20 Crackers (crushed)
1 c Milk
1/4 c Celery; finely chopped
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1 tb Pimento; chopped
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

Corn and Oysters Preparation

Mix all the above ingredients, except the oysters. Pour into a buttered casserole. Over this pour 2 tablespoons melted margarine, 10 crackers (crushed) and additional oysters, if used. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 6. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
