1 c Apple Sauce
1 sm Honeydew melon; seeded, rind
-removed, cut into chunks
1/8 ts Ginger
2 dr Green food coloring; or more

Apple Honeydew Ice (Motts) Preparation

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Pour into 8 or 9-inch non-metal square pan. Cover; freeze until firm. Scoop frozen mixture into 5-oz. drink cups or spoon into dessert dishes. Yields 10 (1/2-cup) servings. Notes: Pantry: Mott”s Regular Apple Sauce.
