Cooking Ingredients for Corn Bread Stuffing Recipe
1 lb Bulk Pork sausage
2 tb Water
1/3 c Onion, chopped
1 c Celery, finely diced
1 ts Poultry Seasoning
1 ts Salt
8 c Crumbled Cornbread
-unsweetened
Corn Bread Stuffing Preparation
Cook the sausage in a frying pan with the water over low heat. Remove sausage and saute the onion and celery in the fat. Add the poultry seasoning and salt. Mix this with the cornbread. Stuff bird lightly. Makes stuffing for a 12-15 pound turkey.
