6 c Crumbled cornbread
4 c Crumbled lightbread
1 ts Poultry seasoning
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sage
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Celery salt
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 c Bell pepper
1/2 c Chopped onion
3 Hard-cooked eggs; chipped
2 c Chicken or turkey broth (up
-to 2-1/2)
Cornbread Dressing 2 Preparation
Saute onion, bell pepper, celery in 2 Tbsp. butter while preparing the ingredients. Them mix all ingrients and pour broth of chicken or turky giblits and add cooked meat pieces that have been boiled.
