1/4 c Sour cream; light
1-1/2 lb Pork loin chops
1-1/2 c Stuffing-mix cornbread
Black pepper
Cornbread-Coated Pork Chops Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. F Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all sides. Coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Season with pepper.
