Cornish Game in Melon Preparation

.Prepare any type of stuffing you like….fruit, wild rice, or traditional sage/bread. Stuff game hen. Cut honeydew melon 1/3 off top , cut round part of bottom off, leaving bottom flat. Hollow out most of the fruit, place game hen inside, put top over game hen, bake 60-90 min until hen is done. This makes a real fun dish if you don”t let your guests know what you are doing.
