Cooking Ingredients for Cottage Cheese Balls Recipe

2 lb Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
2 Eggs
1 tb Cream of wheat; (farina)
2 tb Bread crumbs
2 tb Flour
Salt to taste

Cottage Cheese Balls Preparation

Mash cottage cheee and eggs with a fork. Add cream of wheat and let sit 20 minutes. Add rest. Form into 2 balls and drop into boiling water. Cook 15 minutes.
