1/4 c Water
1 c Cottage cheese; small curd
2 tb Butter; or margarine
1 lg Egg
1 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
3 c Bread flour
2-1/2 ts Active dry yeast; preferably
-red star
Cottage Cheese Bread Preparation
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf. Dump in bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer. Cottage cheese varies greatly in amount of water, so watch the dough and adjust as needed with extra water or flour, one tablespoon at a time. This makes a tasty sandwich bread.
