1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1 ts Vanilla extract
3/4 c Milk
Cottage Pudding 2 Preparation
This is a very simple dessert. Serve it warm with custard sauce or whipped cream. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Sift together dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar until light, beat in egg.
