1/2 c Rice, regular – long-grain
1 tb Scallions – chopped
3/4 c Celery – chopped

Country Sausage and Rice Preparation
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir sausage until browned; drain well. Stir in rice, celery, green pepper, scallions and chicken broth; bring to boil.
