3/4 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 ts Dry mustard; optional
6 Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves; OR turkey
-cutlets (about 1 1/2
-pounds)
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted

Country-Style Chicken Cutlets Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, toroughly combine golden onion soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in flour, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated. In lightly greased 13 X 9 baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered, turning once, 20 minutes or until done.
