1 Diced habanero
3 Diced serrano chiles

3 Minced or finely diced
-cloves of garlic (up to 6)
Coyote Buffalo Balls Preparation
add diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form balls. Cover the balls in #3 Firehouse bar-be-que sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much better!) bake at 350 in oven until done.
