Cooking Ingredients for Apple Peach Apricot Chutney Recipe
5 md Green apples, cored, peeled,
-chopped
1 c Dried peaches
1 c Dried apricots
1/2 c Golden raisins
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 c Wine vinegar
2-1/2 c Sugar
1-1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Red chili pepper, ground
Apple Peach Apricot Chutney Preparation
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Place in food processer and lightly process so that there are chunks about 1/2 inch in size.
