Cooking Ingredients for Crabmeat Garden Rolls Recipe
1 Red onion; Chopped
1/2 c Mayonnaise
3 tb Chili sauce
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 tb Dry sherry
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Salt
1 lb Crab meat; Picked clean
10 Leaves Red leaf lettuce;
-flattened
1 Red and/or yellow pepper;
-cut into thin strips
10 Chives
Crabmeat Garden Rolls Preparation
In medium bowl, combine onion, mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, relish, sherry, mustard and salt. Gently fold in crab meat. Place 1/3 cup filling in center of each lettuce leaf. Evenly divide pepper strips among crab. Starting at root end, roll leaf around crab meat. Halfway through, fold sides over and continue rolling into an egg-roll shape. Tie each roll with a chive.
