Cooking Ingredients for Crabmeat Mousse 2 Recipe

1 c Golden mushroom soup;
-undiluted
1 c Mayonnaise
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 tb Lemon juice
1 Env gelatin powder dissolved
-in
3 tb Water
1/2 ts Paprika
1 Or 2 cans crabmeat
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 c Celery; diced
Salt; freshly ground black
-pepper
2 Green onions; finely diced
-w/tops

Crabmeat Mousse 2 Preparation

Heat mushroom soup, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in dissolved gelatin and add crabmeat (reserve any large pieces or actual legs to decorate top). Add green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, mustard, salt and pepper. Blend well. Spray mold with Pam, place large pieced of crab in bottom of mold, pour mixture in and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
