1 tb Golden Shred Marmalade

Crafty Crepes Suzette Preparation

Butter and fold the crepes and cook in a frying pan with a little extra butter on a low heat. Add the orange, lemon and marmalade – mix together and cook gently to let the mixture melt and the flavours mingle. Allow the pancakes to cook through for 3 minutes.
