Cooking Ingredients for Cranberry Fruitcake Recipe

1-1/3 c Unbleached flour
1/2 c Rolled oats
1-1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Ginger
1/2 c Egg whites – whipped
1/2 c Honey
1/3 c Orange juice – at room

1/4 c Applesauce – at room

1 ts Vanilla
1 c Cranberries – chopped
3/4 c Apples – shredded

Cranberry Fruitcake Preparation

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, and ginger. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, honey, orange juice, applesauce, vanilla, cranberries, and apples. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened.
