1-1/2 c Oil
2 c Sugar

3 md Eggs
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Winesap apples; chopped
1 c Pecans

Apple Pound Cake 2 Preparation

Blend eggs and sugar. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda; add to dry mixture alternately with oil, eggs and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add vanilla. Fold in pecans and apples.
