2 12 ounce bag cranberries
1-1/2 c Sugar
1 c Orange juice
1 c Water
1 tb Grated orange peel
1 ts Ground ginger
1/2 c Minced crystallized ginger;
-(about 2 ounces)

Cranberry Sauce with Crystallized Ginger Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Cool.
