1 lb Peeled crawfish tails
3 c Spinach – chopped
1 c Green onions – chopped
3/4 c Celery – chopped
1 c Parsley or watercress –
Chop
1/4 lb Butter or margarine
3/4 c Heavy cream
1/8 c Anisette Liqueur
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/8 ts Red pepper
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 c Buttered bread crumbs

Crawfish Anisette Preparation
