3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tb Butter, softened
2 tb Honey
1/4 ts Grated Lemon Rind

Cream Cheese Crosses Preparation

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in honey and lemon rind. Refrigerate until ready to use. On warm buns, pipe mixture to make crosses on buns.
