Cooking Ingredients for Cream Cheese Filling Recipe
8 oz Cream cheese
1/3 c Sugar
4 c Cream-style cottage cheese
2 ts Vanilla extract
12 Crepes
Cream Cheese Filling Preparation
Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Blend in cottage cheese and vanilla. Place 3 Tbsp. filling in center of each crepe. Fold opposite sides to middle to cover filling and fold the other two sides to middle to make a square package. Place side by side in a shallow baking dish. Heat at 350 for about 15 minutes.
