Cooking Ingredients for Cream Soup Substitute Recipe

2 c Powdered skim milk
3/4 c Cornstarch
1/4 c Instant beef bouilion (low
-sodium)
2 tb Dried onion flakes
1 ts Dried thyme leaves (crushed)
1 ts Dried basil leaves

Cream Soup Substitute Preparation

Mix powdered milk, cornstarch, beef bouilion, onion flakes, thyme and basil together. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator. To prepare for cooking: Mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1&1/2 cups water. Cook and stir until thickened. Use as 1 can of soup.
