2 tb Dry onion soup mix
1/2 c Blue cheese; crumbled
1 tb Milk
Assorted vegetables

Creamy Blue Cheese and Onion Dip Preparation

1. Stir together sour cream and soup mix. 2. Add blue cheese and mix well. 3. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If too thick, stir in addtional milk. 4. Serve with assorted vegetables for dippers. Notes: Yields 1 3/4 cups Volume 01 Number 317 on Nov 27, 1997
