6 c Shredded cabbage
1/4 c Sliced green onion
1 c Mayonnaise
(or mayonnaise-type salad
-dressing)
2 tb Granulated sugar
2 tb Vinegar
2 ts Celery seed
1 ts Salt

Creamy Cabbage Slaw Preparation

Combine cabbage and green onion. Chill. Blend mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed and salt, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Just before serving, toss mayonnaise mixture lightly with cabbage mixture. Yield: 10 servings.
